Through an announcement on social networks, Prime Minister Rama said that today (Monday, February 15) another 7020 doses of the Pfizer vaccine will arrive.
In addition, he added that our country is very close to securing a significant amount of doses from the Astrazeneca vaccine.
"Today starts with 7020 doses weekly delivery of anti-Covid vaccine from the contract with Pfizer and intensification of the vaccination plan, while we are very close to providing a significant amount of doses of Astrazeneca vaccine.
"The first scenario of involving regional hospitals to meet the need for hospitalization is activated today, while the observance of the restrictive measures in force remains a necessity until the deadline set by the Technical Committee." - writes the head of the country.
The restrictive measures are expected to remain in force until February 25 and it is up to the Technical Committee to decide whether to mitigate or strengthen them depending on the situation.
