The Australian women's magazine, New Idea, published an article and prepared it as the cover story, implying that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had split.
The cover read, "It's all over!" (It's all over), along with a photo from the couple's wedding, shared between:
The title seems even funnier, as it was published on the same day with the news that Meghan is pregnant (with Prince Harry).
The magazine also said that the queen was watching them and that after the "separation", many people are asking for their titles to be removed.
Even after leaving office in the kingdom, the couple was allowed to retain titles and Harry remained sixth in line for the throne. The New Idea suggestion that the couple will be stripped of the title is not confirmed by any other source.
This story is not the first time New Idea has taken a wrong step when it comes to news related to Prince Harry.
In 2008, the magazine reported that Prince Harry was serving with the British military in Afghanistan, news which broke the media agreement that this information should not be disclosed.
The prince left the service due to security concerns a month later. New Idea apologized for the news written then, while for the latter, there have been no statements yet. The news has simply been deleted.
Other media outlets, such as The Guardian or the Evening Standard, are writing "No Idea" instead of "Now Idea" to ironize the magazine's mistake.
