How do you start your breakfast? If you just opened your eyes you are on Instagram, seeing how others are starting the morning, this could be a negative start to your day.
Chelsea Elena Touroni, psychologist, says:
"If you have a hurried breakfast, your stress levels are likely to rise by the time you start working out. "This is likely to affect your concentration, productivity and quality of work."
For these reasons, a breakfast routine is definitely needed to start the day properly.
Start with these simple steps:
# 1 - Make a list
Each evening prepare a list of things you have to do the next day. This will help you feel in control and organized.
In the evening, it is suggested to prepare and what to wear for the next day.
# 2 - Take it slow
When you wake up, do not just think about the long to-do list you prepare for the evening, but take some time to think about exactly what you enjoy doing most of the day. This will make you get out of bed more happily. Feel the energy and optimism that this brings.
Try to wake up earlier than usual. Nobody feels good about the rush and urgency in the morning.
# 3 - Prioritize skin care
Start the day by giving your skin care the time it needs. Think of this as a small "meditation" process, one time alone with you and yourself.
# 4 - Eat well
Even if you are not a breakfast person, understand that nutrition affects mood and mental clarity. Think of breakfast as a "brain food" and try to eat something protein.
# 5 - Move
If you wake up and insist on staying in bed for 30 minutes or more, try doing the opposite.
Take a few deep breaths and a little "stretch" to start the day well.
Then, get out of the house. Take a short walk, or a jog. 10 minutes is more than enough. Be sure to do this process with the best music.
