In an interview with GQ, Zendaya talked about the fact that people perceived her as cold and serious in the industry, because she "had trouble starting a conversation".
She said she was a reserved child and showed how this has changed and affected her over the years.
She also said that her parents took her to counseling centers to help her get out of "her shell".

The 24-year-old then recalled a case where the stylist told her that the actress "looked very cold" and that "people think you are wild when you do not speak", to which Zendaya replied that she was just nervous and shy.
"With friends and family, I can talk about anything for hours, but when it comes to talking to strangers, I feel like I'm stuck.
That is why we need to talk to therapists ", he concluded.
Professionally, Zendaya's film " Marie & Malcolm " has just released the official trailer. The film was shot entirely during the pandemic.
