Even after the end of a long trial , the fight between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues.
This time, the actor claims that Heard did not donate the $ 7 million he received as part of the divorce settlement.
In 2016, it was said that the actress promised to donate to charity the amount benefited from the divorce.
According to reports, Amber's lawyer says they can use the allegations made by Depp to start a new trial.
In a statement, the actress's lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, confirms that Heard has not yet fulfilled his promise of $ 7 million to the Los Angeles Children's Hospital and the American Civil Rights Union, but she adds:
"Amber has so far donated large sums of money in donations to charitable causes and intends to continue to contribute until she fulfills her promise, but Amber was delayed because Mr. "Depp filed a lawsuit against her and, as a result, she was forced to spend millions of dollars defending Mr. Depp's false allegations against her."
Lawyer Bredehoft continues:
"This is a desperate attempt by Depp to divert attention from the UK Court's findings regarding allegations of abuse and domestic violence."
