The hair washing process is simple:
Step 1: Shampoo
Step 2: Hair Conditioner
However, between these two steps, you may be making some mistakes that are damaging your hair!
# 1 - You are washing your hair wrong
Before applying the shampoo, you should wet your hair well for at least 30 seconds. This will help cleanse your hair of any accumulation or contamination from the products, allowing the shampoo to penetrate deeper into the hair / scalp.
Remember to massage your scalp while shampooing to increase blood circulation.
A good option before applying the hair conditioner would be to shampoo it once again, to make sure you have removed all the accumulation of grease.
However, you should not always do this, but only in cases where you have had hair with spray, foam, or many days without washing.
# 2 - You are using a lot of balm
Never apply the conditioner all over the scalp, but only on the ends / ends of the hair and never on the scalp.
After applying the conditioner, leave the hair for at least two minutes with it.
# 3 - You are washing with very, very hot water
We know the feeling of a hot shower is good, but the hair is not thanking you.
High temperatures dehydrate the hair and deprive it of natural oils.
# 4 - Rinsing
After rinsing your hair, do not "twist" it, to put it on a towel. Instead, squeeze just a little and wrap it in an old cotton blouse to reduce hair "electrification" and damage.
# 5 - Combing hair in the shower
If you comb your hair in the shower, you can damage and weaken it, as wet hair is more brittle and more prone to breakage.
