This year, Time magazine chose not one but two names as "Man of the Year 2020": Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. New U.S. President and Vice President Kamala won this year’s presidential election against President Trump.

Portraits of the Democratic duo appear on the cover of the magazine under the headline: "Changing America's History.
"Defending democracy requires war. It takes sacrifice. Yes there is joy in it. There is development. Because we, the people, have the power to build a good future. While I may be the first woman in this office, but I will not be the last, because every little girl who is following us tonight sees that this is a place of opportunity ".- Kamala said during her speech.
This award, given annually since 1927, honors the person or people who have had the most impact on the daily news, for better or worse throughout the year.
