"The Undoing" is a psychological thriller and mystery series. Based on the 2014 novel "You Should Have Known" by Jean Hanff Korelitz, the series aired on HBO on October 25, 2020.
The cast with protagonists like Nicole Kidman or Hugh Grant, is one more reason to follow the series.
By David E.Kelley, who also wrote "Big Little Lies," and director Susanne Bier, the series focuses on Grace Fraser, a successful therapist and her devoted husband, Jonathan (Hugh Grant), and son, who goes at one of the best schools in New York. Grace's seemingly perfect life will be ruined by several mysterious events: a violent death, a missing spouse, and a chain of horrific discoveries.
For HBO, the platform where the series is airing, the finale of "The Undoing" was the television event of the year. The company has attracted the largest audience for a series, since July 2019.
WarnerMedia reported that The Undoing's finances garnered 3 million viewers overnight.
