"Pumpkin has many benefits," Ava Shamban, a California-based certified dermatologist, told Prevention. "Pumpkin contains vitamins A, C and E, which hydrate, strengthen and protect the skin."
Ingredients of her recipe:
- 2 cups of squash puree
- 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup of finely ground almonds
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- ¼ tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is created. Apply on clean skin and leave on for about 10 minutes.
