The University of Tirana has published the draft internal regulation for "protection from infection caused by the Covid-19 virus".
The rules include suspicion of suspected cases , which means that students or staff with some signs of illness are advised to stay home and inform the teaching secretary or human resource structures.
If students show fever at the entrance of the building, they are immediately isolated by the person in charge and the number 127 is called, and the LSGU (Local Health Care Unit) is notified.
Self-quarantine of persons in direct contact with the infected
When teaching takes place in the auditorium, in cases when a person (student, academic staff, administrative / administrative support staff) is affected by Covid-19 infection, persons who have been in direct contact with him in the institution (have stayed with him, have exchanged materials), self-quarantined.
The infected person notifies the institution through his / her statement and then, the working group set up for the management of the Covid-19 situation in the institution identifies the persons who have been in direct contact with the sick person.
In cases where the person infected with Covid-19 is a student or academic staff, then the whole group with whom he conducts teaching goes on distance learning for 14 days, depending on their health situation.
Në të gjitha rastet ambientet dizinfektohen pasi lajmërohen strukturat përkatëse.
Në rast të përhapjes së sëmundjes me dashje, apo shkeljes së urdhrave që rezultojnë në pasoja të rënda, ka dënime të Kodit Penal.
Hyrja dhe dalja në dhe nga ambientet e Universitetit të Tiranës
Studentët, personeli akademik, ndihmësakademik dhe administrativ hyjnë në ambientet e njësisë përbërëse vetëm nga hyrja qendrore, në orare të mirëpërcaktuara paraprakisht.
Studentët hyjnë në godinë, pasi janë vendosur në radhë një nga një, me largësi të paktën 1.5 deri 2 m, duke u shmangur hyrje-daljet e përsëritura.
Sigurimi i distancimit fizik
Ruhet distanca të paktën 1.5 - 2 m mes studenteve, duke vendosur shenja orientuese dhe duke afishuar informacion të dukshëm.
Në auditor, laborator ruhet distanca prej të paktën 1.5 - 2 m mes studentëve.
Nëse numri i studentëve është më i madh sesa hapësira e auditorit/laboratorit që do të duhej për të respektuar kushtin e distancimit fizik, mësimi zhvillohet duke e ndarë grupin në disa nëngrupe dhe duke e zhvilluar mësimin me disa turne, sipas një grafiku të caktuar.
Mbajtja e maskave
Mbajtja e maskave nga studentët dhe personeli në mjediset e brendshme dhe të jashtme të njësive (auditorë, laboratorë, bibliotekë, zyra, korridore, oborre rrethues) është e detyrueshme.
Maska duhet të jetë një-përdorimshe ose maskë prej tekstili, e cila duhet të lahet në 60 gradë me larës të zakonshëm.
Në hyrjen e çdo mjedisi të mbyllur afishohet një kujtesë lidhur me mbajtjen e maskave.
It is not allowed to wear the mask outside the constituent units, in exceptional cases, when the use of the mask harms the health according to the recommendation of the family doctor or by persons with diseases that make them incapable of using the mask.
