The director of the Institute of Public Health, Albana Fico, during the press conference, said that according to the Normative Act, for persons who wear masks in places where its use is mandatory, there will be penalties.
She said that the fine will be 3,000 ALL for each violator of the new regulation. In case the violation is repeated, the fine will be 5,000 ALL.
At the conference a few days ago, the Prime Minister said that the fine will be imposed on the electricity bill.
