Make sure you have:
- 3 cups of coconut without sweetener
- Condensed milk
- About 400 ml of chocolate
(Adjust the measures depending on how much "chocolate" you need, but also seeing the quantities with the naked eye.)
In a bowl, mix the coconut with the condensed milk until a thick, sticky mass is created. With your hands, form rectangles and place the coconut rods on a baking sheet, in a casserole and then, leave in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into pieces and place 2/3 of it to melt in the microwave or bathroom-mari.
Allow to thaw partially, then stir until completely melted.
Add the remaining 1/3 of the chocolate and continue to stir until completely melted.
This will allow the chocolate to have a shiny texture and be placed correctly on the coconut rectangles.
Next, dip the rods in the melted chocolate.
Using a fork, remove the rectangle from the melted chocolate. With the next fork, remove the excess chocolate and place the dessert in a baking tray.
Let it rest for a while, or put it in the fridge for a few minutes and serve to friends and family!
