In a question-answer communication with followers on Instagram, Lori Hoxha showed that she does not eat breakfast and the morning routine consists of: 1 liter of water + an American coffee.
Lori stated that she does not eat food for 16-18 hours a day. It is known as Intermittent Fasting (IF - interrupted fasting). The IF does not specify what you should eat, but when you should eat. In this regard, it is not a diet in the literal sense of the word, but a lifestyle model.
Metodat e IF:
- Method 16/8: consists of consuming food for 8 hours and interrupting it for the next 16 hours. So eat enough from 11:00 - 19:00 then fast for 16 hours.
- "ha-stop-ha" method : includes fasting for 24 hours; eat for example at lunch and then eat the next day lunch again.
- Method 5: 2: based on this method, consume 500-600 calories during two consecutive days and then eat normally the other 5 days of the week.
The 16/8 method is more common, as people find it easier to adapt.
