It is prepared quickly and moreover, you can do it even if you are not an expert in the kitchen.
For 7-8 glasses, you need:
- 4 cups of espresso coffee (about 350 ml)
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 400 ml pana for cakes
- A little sugar
You can halve or increase the amount of ingredients based on the final amount you need, for example: if you need 4 cups, you will use 2 cups of espresso coffee and so on.
Prepare:
Beat the pan until it becomes completely creamy and let it stand for a while in the fridge.
Mix the coffee with half a spoon or a full spoon of sugar and leave this one in the fridge for a few minutes.
Next, add the coffee to the whipped cream and whisk both together for about a minute. While beating the mixture, gradually add the powdered sugar.
Divide the mixture into cups and place in the refrigerator. Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes before consuming, so that it is as cold as possible.
You can accompany it with vanilla syrup, chocolate or something else, if desired.
