The 23-year-old singer is no longer active when it comes to participating in interviews, but we can not say the same about the singer's musical activity. Today (August 20), Tayna's next song, "Qe qe", has just been released, which she says was inspired by the Spanish soap operas with which her generation grew up.
In an interview published yesterday for Prive, she talked almost nothing about her private life, much about music plans and most of all, talked about how she gets positive energy around her.
Tayna says she also likes to treat car laps as a form of meditation, accompanied by music, mostly African rhythms, hip-hop, depending on her condition.
"When I'm in the car, I like to reflect, think about my plans, listen to music or think of nothing and just enjoy the music."
During the quarantine, she says she started practicing Yoga as a form of relaxation and for several years, she likes to meditate regularly.
"I am not influenced by external factors and I do not see news. Normally, something that is very big is understood anyway, because people talk."
Among other things, Tayna says she often listens to motivational videos, watches positive videos and reads "self-help" motivational books.
"These help me more to be positive."
Doruntina says that to become "Tayna", she has given up privacy and does not go out often, only if she goes to places where they do not know her, outside the borders.
Another way of motivating the rapper is "productive anger". Asked if the rapper is angry or not, she often says:
"It depends on whether the anger is productive or toxic. For example, if someone tells me I can not do this, I get angry and I will do anything to do it."
