'2-Hour Rule': How to Practice the Secret Used by Successful People

Rightly, "to be in vain" is considered unproductive by a good part of us, but if we were to listen to the great minds of mankind we would think otherwise. The "2-Hour Rule" was a secret also practiced by Charles Darren. When he was idle, he plunged into his world, thinking and reflecting. How can your life change with just 2 hours a week?

Albert Einstein, believed a lot in experimental thinking. His most famous theories, which today have laid the foundations of modern physics, were merely part of the imagination. Try to follow his example and build experiments in your head. Imagine every possible option and scenario for every situation and then ask yourself, "If I do this, what can happen?"

Let your mind wander

Take more time to calm down, think, and analyze what stage of life you are at. Judge if you are satisfied enough with your achievements and find out what you expect from the future. Just let yourself dream with your eyes open. It is more productive than when you try to solve or create something.

Ask yourself questions

For many people, spending 2 hours on Facebook is considered normal, but do you know how much you can reflect on in 2 hours? Take a pencil, a piece of paper and write questions like, "What have I achieved and what should I achieve?" "Do I feel inspired?", "Where do I want to see myself in the next 6 months?"

Do a lap alone

A park alone tour is a super technique for thinking about things we often do not have time for. Nature is the first medicine that increases the chances of resolving any burden we have with mental health.

Write yourself a letter

It is the best therapy you can do. This way you will better observe your thoughts and feelings to come to conclusions later.
