A 29-year-old man infected with Covid-19, who had been receiving treatment at Shefqet Ndroqi Hospital (Covid2) for a few days, ended his life by jumping from the third floor of the hospital.
The young man is thought to be on the verge of recovery and had a few days left to leave the hospital. According to reports, he had no severe symptoms and was hospitalized seven days ago.
Journalist Erjon Skëndaj reported for News24 that the 29-year-old was "treated with very little oxygen".
"He was a patient coming out of the hospital and we still do not know the real reasons why this 29-year-old, who had no other complications, was pushed towards suicide. The patient was receiving medication at the time of the incident. He was given an injection and would take the amount of serum. ”
