Since the tragedy of the November 26 earthquake, the Fundjavë Ndryshe Foundation has been committed to helping the affected families whose homes were destroyed. In early July, the first homes for the quake victims were ready. The news was announced by the director of "Fundjavë Ndryshe", Arbër Hajdari, through posts on social networks.
Hajdari said that 10 families will enter the new houses. In July, he announced that the first houses will be handed over in a few days, while other inaugurations are expected very soon. The head of the foundation said that within 2 months another 30 houses will be ready.
Half of the houses are located in Tirana and the rest in Durrës. "I can not find words to thank from the bottom of my heart the donors who make it possible. As we promised, in each inauguration video, we will put the names of the donors. God bless all Albanians, "read Arber's announcement.
Also, a week ago, "Fundjavë Ndryshe" handed over the keys to the house to the family of the late 13-year-old, Elona Kuburja, who died as a result of a serious illness. The Kuburja family home was severely damaged after the November 26 earthquake and Elona's last will was a home for the family.
In addition, the foundation donated a house to the Gjonpali family, whose house was also damaged by the earthquake. In addition to sheltering those affected by the earthquake, the foundation is working to distribute food and basic products to hundreds of families every day.
