Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez seem to have enjoyed the Malibu holiday home enough and now, they have decided to sell it for $ 8 million, $ 1.4 million more than they bought it 2 years ago. Of course the value adds up, as Jennifer has slept, eaten and done everything else in there.

The beach house in Malibu, has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a half, a giant wardrobe in the shape of a room, has a sauna and of course corners with fantastic views!
