Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. Unfortunately, not all of them are "breakfast people", so many of us can find ourselves running to work, taking our children to school or somewhere else, thus neglecting the most important meal of the day: breakfast. However, there are some ideas on how you can not spend too much time in the kitchen and again the result be a hearty breakfast.

- Prepare the "day" in the evening
If you have already accepted the fact that waking up early is not your favorite moment of the day, plan it as early as the night before.
