Most of you have probably experienced at least one "déjà vu" in your life and already, the first brain scans on this phenomenon explain why. According to researcher Akira O'Connor, it is a sign that the brain is controlling our memories.
According to this study, it also turns out that the brains of people who experience "déjà vu" function properly. This phenomenon has been a mystery to researchers for years, due to its unpredictable nature and the speed at which it occurs.
To conduct this study at the University of St. Andrews in Britain, the method of creating false memories has been used. This technique consists of presenting several related words such as: bed, pillow, night, dream, etc., but not the key word that connects them together: sleep. When people who have heard them are asked the next day about these words, they think they have also heard the word sleep — a false memory. In this way, they experienced a "déjà vu".
Other reasons why you might experience a déjà vu:
1-Jeni i / e re.
About 60, 70% of people who experience something like this are young. The most common deja vu man passes in the period 15-25 years.
2- You are stressed
The more stressed you are, the more deja vu you can experience. This is because of the pressure on your brain at those moments.
3-Your brain is working!
As we said, déjà vu is a test that shows how wonderfully the human brain works. So nothing to worry about, is good news.
