A baby isn?t the only joint project Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have together. According to The New York Post, the couple will take part in the new version of the classic 'The Princess Bride'. The film will be shown on the Quibi digital platform and will be shot with a mobile phone in the actors' own homes.
It would be very expected that Sophie would play the role of Princess Buttercup, so it will not happen. They will change roles and Joe will be the one to be dressed in the Princess dress, while Sophie will be the noble Westley.
In addition to the couple, other actors will be Beaanie Feldstei, Zazie Beetz, Hugh Jackman, Chris Pine, Keegan-Michael Key, Tiffany Haddish, etc. The actors will change characters throughout the film, with each being able to pay homage to the Princess in their own way. It has also been revealed that during the scenes that will need to be figured out, the company will be working with legos and special effects. It seems like Covid-19's time is making cinema more creative.
The project also supports a noble cause, after donating $ 1 million to feed people in need during the pandemic situation for the World Central Kitchen organization.
The first chapter of ?Princess Bride? will be available today (June 29) and we can?t wait to see Joe and Sophie in the respective roles.
