As tensions continue to escalate between protesters and police in some parts of the United States, some police representatives have shown solidarity by kneeling in front of protesters and taking part in marches.
Police officers in New York, Oregon, Florida, Iowa and Kentucky knelt in front of people protesting against police violence and racism against African-American communities. Police in Michigan and Virginia also joined the protests.
Violent protests continue across America for the sixth day in a row as an uprising to assassinate African-American George Floyd.
