1. You don't have a routine cleaning plan
Start and think about a strategic way of cleaning the house so that you don?t move around here and there, spreading dirt back and forth in newly cleaned places. For example, if you hide dust and then clean the floor with a broom, the room will still be filled with dirt, as if you never cleaned. Also consider cleaning from top to bottom and from left to right.
2. Use unclean sponges
Believe it or not, a sponge can hold 320 million disease-causing bacteria. When you clean, bacteria tend to move from the sponge to your hands and then to your entire body. So clean the sponge well with warm water, leave it in a clean place and change it often ... very often.
3. Change sheets, but do not clean mattresses
The mattress is the basis for collecting dust that can irritate the skin causing various allergies, however rarely do people clean it by being content with changing sheets. Always clean the mattress with hot water when laying clean layers.
4. Do not disinfect the hob
By the way, the board contains about 200 times more bacteria than the toilet. To properly clean it, place it in a container of vinegar overnight and disinfect it in the morning with alcohol.
5. Do not clean the trash often
Every time you change plastic bags, you should clean the basket, especially the toilet and kitchen.
