People on social media have something to do with Khloe's photos and we probably can't blame them! It looks like a miracle, but it's not much like the Khloe we've all seen. Many were asking who the girl in the photo was, others saw that there was something wrong with her neck and another part, that she hid her jealousy against the unprecedented skills that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters have with photoshop.
However, Khloe did not respond and continued her life quietly until a few hours ago. Another post caused the same reactions from people.

"Why do you look so different in all the photos?" Someone asks, and since that comment received over 500 likes, Khloe was forced to respond.
"Because of the weekly facial transplants!" She said, and people didn't even have time to breathe!
Some congratulated him on the smart response, others are still waiting for an answer without doses of irony. Khloe seemed tired and said she heard people waiting. So it looks different because it does face transplants every week.
