Two years ago, today, at the age of 18, a girl was considered missing by her parents, and six months after returning home, she told her parents that she had been with her uncle, with whom she had had an affair. Journalist Anila Hoxha revealed to Top Channel that while everyone was looking for the 18-year-old, the uncle was removed as if he knew nothing and walked his granddaughter through the cities of Albania.
Referring to the documents provided by Hoxha, the disappearance of the 18-year-old occurred in 2018, during which time she was a minor and referring to the statements to the police, "she did not understand the importance of the actions taken".
The girl, for whom the residence has not been made public to maintain privacy, broke up with her uncle in December 2018 and refused to meet with him. During this time, he persecuted him physically and through virtual communications at the same time. "You have to come with me to Germany. I have burned my life for you, and you must burn your life for me; I helped you. Nobody knows us there, ?the uncle is said to have said in messages.
The latter was arrested for sexual harassment and sexual intercourse and the Tirana Prosecutor's Office requested a guilty verdict and a sentence of 4 years in prison.
