Michael Jordan retired from basketball nearly two decades ago to stay out of the media spotlight and so important was this that the former Chicago Bulls legend turned down a fat offer.
His agent, David Falk, appeared on WFAN radio's "Boomer and Go" where he discussed (via CNN) how smart his famous client was when it came to projects. "I brought him an agreement three years ago for $ 100 million. What he had to do was to appear at an event for 2 hours. He said no, "said Falk.
"God bless. He has been so successful that he has always been given the opportunity to do what he wants to do. I really adore him. ?
Falk did not specify which event was involved, although he focused on Jordan's nature to be selective.
Last month, on April 19, his documentary "The Last Dance" premiered at ESPN. "The Last Dance" will air for five weeks until May 17 and focuses on the history of Chicago Bulls in 1997-1998. The documentary is also available on Netflix.
