During yesterday's live communication, Minister Ogerta Manastirliu, after talking about the opening of the rest of the businesses in the country, stopped at the so-called "green areas" - counties, municipalities and cities with low risk of transmission of infection. To their list were added 18 other municipalities that after the evaluation of experts are considered low risk for the spread of Covid-19.
From May 4, municipalities are added to the list of "green areas":

The new green areas will operate according to the rules set earlier, which means:
1. In green areas, the movement of pensioners is from 6:00 to 08:30 in the morning.
2. Other citizens move from 09:30 to 17:30, accompanied by no more than one person. Exceptions are citizens who have work authorization, who are not limited by the above-mentioned schedules.
4. In green areas, parks continue to be closed and the gathering and stay of more than two people together in public spaces is not allowed.
5. With regard to private means of transport, they shall circulate without authorization only within the respective county or municipalities from 09:30 to 17:30, with only one passenger.
6. It is not allowed to move by private means or as a passenger of pensioners, except in cases with authorization for health reasons. Beyond this schedule, only vehicles that have the appropriate authorization from e-Albania circulate.
