In a statement posted on the official website of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Minister Ogerta Manastirliu announced which municipalities will now be called "green areas".
"As part of the gradual and careful easing of measures, based on the decision of the Committee of Experts, from Monday, April 27, will begin special facilitations for movement in green areas. Those districts or municipalities that are still at low risk of transmitting the infection caused by Covid-19 have been classified as green areas. ?
Green areas are:
1. Dibër County;
2. Gjjirokastra County;
3. Common area of the municipalities of Saranda, Konispol, Himara, Delvina and Finiq;
4. Common area of the municipalities of Prrenjas, Pogradec and Librazhd;
5. Divjaka Municipality.
In the same statement, it is stated that:
1. In green areas, the movement of pensioners will be from 6:00 to 08:30 in the morning.
2. Other citizens will move from 09:30 to 17:30, accompanied by no more than one person. Exceptions will be citizens who have work authorization, who are not limited by the above-mentioned schedules.
4. In green areas, parks will continue to be closed for another 14 days and the gathering and stay of more than two people together in public spaces will not be allowed.
5. As far as private means of transport are concerned, they will be allowed to circulate without authorization only within the District or the respective Municipalities from 09:30 to 17:30, with only one passenger.
6. It will not be allowed to move by private means or as a passenger of pensioners, except in cases with authorization for health reasons. Beyond this schedule, only the means that have the appropriate authorization from e-Albania can circulate.
"Despite having green areas, the new normality of coexistence with the virus will continue to require limited movement, only for essential reasons, while maintaining physical distance and rigorous adherence to safety measures at work and in the community," he said.
