The first phase starts on May 4 and any other phase of relief measures will take at least two weeks to see the progress that will depend on infected citizens within a day, hospitalized patients and the number of those who are intubated. .
"We have more than 100 active hotspots. The number of hospitalized patients is stable. The Technical Committee has drafted a transitional plan to facilitate measures, in today's data, and touch in all counties.
There are several criteria: Epidemiological, Hospital Capacities, Control Resources.The relief measures package sets out some basic principles. The opening will be gradual, a minimum of 2 weeks to facilitate the measures. From stages 1 to 2 it will be learned about the daily cases, the number of citizens and the cases that are treated in intensive therapy. Initially, activities are opened with more economic effect and less on the virus. They will be opened with strict protocols. We are talking about three risks, low, medium, high. In parallel, the spread of activities will be accompanied by movement at least 2 months from the moment of opening. "- said Manastirliu.
The Minister requested the full cooperation of businesses during these phases, through the implementation of hygiene guidelines and all protocols to be implemented with their opening.
