As of Monday, no citizen will be able to move freely and legally without permission on the e-albania portal. To facilitate the procedure, Prime Minister Rama released an orientation video.
The following are the steps:
1. Login to the e-albania portal with your login and password.
2. At the top of the page, click exit and select Use.
3. On the new page that opens, set the day and time for which you want to get permission.
4. Next, select the family member who will use this permission.
5. Confirm the data and click send.
6. Save permission sent by email (or by phone if you have added your cell phone number) to tell police officers.
To apply by phone, send the ID card number and the time you want to move. Confirmation comes after 24 hours and only valid for the following day.
Prime Minister Rama made it clear that the one-hour deadline will not be fined because it only applies to analyzing movement flows during the hour. Pensioners cannot apply. Those who live alone will be assisted by state institutions.
"Remember that if the numbers are not getting alarming, it is only thanks to the measures we have taken and their respect by 99% of the people of this country," Rama concluded.
