The Assembly of Kosovo voted no-confidence motion against Albin Kurti's government and with 82 votes in favor, 32 against and 1 abstention was overthrown.

After the leader of the Self-Determination Movement dismissed the interior minister from the Democratic League of Kosovo, the party with which Kurti co-governed, his qualifications were also disrupted.
Only MPs from the Self-Determination Movement voted against the overthrow of the government led by their leader. Against the fall of the government there were also three deputies of the Democratic League of Kosovo, including Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani.
Albin Kurti ran the executive power for only 51 days, becoming Kosovo's shortest-lived government.
