How to get rid of stress within 1 minute, 4 minutes or 14 days!

How to minimize stress when you only have 1 minute, 5 minutes or 14 days!

One minute

Psychologists suggest practicing "breathing calmly". Take a deep breath with your nose, count to three, hold your breath, and then release by counting to six. 10 such breaths will reduce stress hormone, cortisol and a few minutes later you will feel better.

Five minutes

Learn a new word and use it! The action of self-taught learning will make you feel more confident in yourself and increase your ability to collaborate and adapt to situations.

In addition, another very functional method is to go outside and look at nature. Notice a beautiful flower, smell it, and watch its construction carefully. Even a seemingly small thing like this will take away any bad thoughts you had a few seconds ago.

14 days

To reduce the risk of being anxious as much as possible, it is important to remember that despite the situation, life still has meaning, prosperity and joy. You'll find this if you read a book, try a new recipe, or talk to people you had no time to talk to. Build a healthy routine and start the day with deep breaths.
