
During police searches, at least 100 persons have recently been identified who have entered Albania recently from Italy and other affected countries and have not isolated themselves.
Persons are found in Tirana, Durres, Fier and Shkodra in cafes and maina. They were escorted home by the police and advised not to go out.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Rama said those who would not obey the rules to isolate themselves for 14 days would be fined 5,000 euros.
As of yesterday, special police forces, General Patrols and Special Forces "Eagles" along with military patrols have set up 70 checkpoints in 8 cities to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Patrols control drivers and passengers who recently traveled to places affected by the coronavirus.
