Prime Minister Rama announced that urban transport in Tirana and Durres will be banned tomorrow. There have been 15 diagnosed with Covid-19 in the country and one elderly person has died.

?We are estimating that tomorrow or in the days to come, the halt to urban transport in Tirana and Durres will be because we are not the first to face the epidemic [sic], we have experience from other countries. We know what to do step by step. It is very important how you build the entire defense system, ?Rama said.

?These measures are our defense system. What happened to the countries that did not take these measures in the explosion sites are not taken back because they are of no value, causing enormous damage to the economy. "

All educational institutions have been closed in the country for a period of two weeks. Lessons are delivered remotely through lectures broadcast on public television and social media. Administration offices, hundreds of bars, restaurants and discotheques in Tirana and Durres have closed; the gathering of people has been banned and the forced return of those who return from areas of high vulnerability has been forced.

Regarding private institutions where there is a large concentration of employees, Rama said:
?No one advises drastic measures. What is advised and required is the creation of safety distances where one works and the creation of simple conditions of protection. Everyone should be provided with safeguards.
