Someone wrote to Aurela Hoxha on Instagram that "it was better" as "her lips and hair are not beautiful". But on Instagram, Aurela responded that "hair is a wig," for the underwear campaign designed by her, while it seems her lips are no longer pleasing to anyone since she removed the primer.
In September 2019, Aurela showed for the first time that she removed lip fillers. "Calm down 'good' people, I haven't done them anymore, on the contrary, I have long removed the filling and will never do it again," she responded to some comments, criticizing her exaggerated lip swelling, when in fact Instagram was the effect.
