
If there is something we will never do with 100% peace, it is hair. There's something going on with them. The new haircut did not stick well, it burned more than it should have, the new color is not what we expected and 100 other problems.
But the universal problem is their growth. We have tried hundreds of ways and nothing again. What do we do wrong that impedes their growth? Maybe, find it in the list below.

Cut your hair often, clean the double tops, so they will not only look fuller and healthier but grow more often.

Use a balm every time you wash. If your hair is damp this means you should use a softener. Balsam helps in replacing protein in the hair.

Do not use shampoo every time you wash. For hair experts, it is shocking that we wash and avoid the balm, when in fact shampoo is what should be avoided. Shampoo removes dirt from the hair, but also the natural hair oil that keeps them healthy and soft. When using shampoo at least focus on the scalp and not the tips.

Wash with cold water at the end of each shower. Just for a few seconds, and your hair will be healthier and stronger.

Oily hair or apply masks weekly. The shoulder strap is a few years old and needs more nutrition than normal balm. Oily mixtures on the head for more than 10 minutes will do their job.

Use silk or satin pillows rather than cotton.
# 7.
Brush your hair with the utmost care. If you want to select joints, lower it from top to bottom until you select it, so you don't damage them.

Never comb your hair with a big towel again. Never again. Such action causes great damage. Use lightweight microfibre towels.

If you have weak hair, don't grab them anymore. A simple tail causes what stylists refer to as 'chemical cutting'. Lightly grasp the top and fasten it with a brooch.
# 10.
Avoid heat or utilities that have heat and chemicals. That will hurt you a lot. The healthier the hair, the more it will grow.
