These ingredients not only help the digestive system, but have the ability to mimic sweet foods, thus preventing us from consuming them.
How does it prepare?
In a container of water, add a few cinnamon sticks and a few ginger slices and simmer for 20 minutes. Then drain in a cup and add honey to sweeten it.
