After Monica Bellucci, who confirmed she would not attend the Sanremo festival, despite being selected by artistic director Amadeus, it is thought that Georgina Rodríguez, Cristiano Ronaldo's partner, may give up.
Sources for La Stampa - the Turin-based Italian daily newspaper - suggest Georgina may be leaving.
The reason is thought to be related to the fact that Cristiano Ronaldo's partner refused to pay like the other moderators, at around ? 20-25,000, but demanded a figure of over ? 100,000. The figure is thought to be around 140,000 euros.
The moderators are likely to have known the price for a long time and agreed, but Georgina's figure may have increased because there is little chance of asking for additional things. Ronaldo's presence on the stage is said to have also affected.
Rodríguez's figure is considered too high by Rai1, so it is not yet clear what his opinion will be.
Rodríguez is expected to go on stage on the third night, along with Alketa Weiss.
