Justin Bieber's new documentary will reveal the singer's battle with Lyme disease. Sources who have watched the documentary told TMZ that Justin is talking about the moment he learned he was infected.
Lyme disease, also known as Lyme borreliosis, is an infection caused by the Borrelia bacterium and is found in 25% of people. It appears in the form of red spots on the skin and causes frequent itching. In a more advanced form, its consequences can result in loss of facial motility, severe headaches, high fever and heart problems.
Justin is said to have been bitten by insect-borne bacteria in late 2019. Pictures released in September, where he appears with serum on his arm, were taken after a treatment for the disease.
Justin is the most famous celebrity suffering from Lyme disease. Yolanda Hadid, Ben Stiller and Avril Lavigne have also been affected.
Justin's documentary, titled "Justin Bieber: Seasons," will be released in January.
