One in six women initially suspects breast cancer is due to a symptom that has nothing to do with breast lumps, such as nipple abnormalities or drastic weight loss.
It is therefore important to be attentive to body signs, always doing regular checkups and mammograms.
These are the ten signs of breast cancer that you should consider, besides lumpsL
1. Inflated, punctured, scarred or peeled skin.
Obesity, rash, urticaria, or pustules of the chest skin should be checked by a doctor. You know what your chest looks like and if you notice a change in the skin, get interested.
2. Changes in nipples.
If your nipples are always on the toes and suddenly come inside, call your doctor immediately. Changes in nail color and texture are not normal and should be checked.
3. Nipple liquefaction
During pregnancy and up to one year after the baby is born, liquefaction is more than normal. If none of these scenarios matter and your nipples are slipping by themselves, talk to your doctor. If the fluid is red, green or has a fragrance, you may have a problem.
4. Painful swelling
In addition to periods and pregnancy, swollen breasts can be a sign of cancer. If the swelling is not explained by the menstrual cycle, breastfeeding and does not go away, contact your doctor.
5. Symptoms that have nothing to do with the chest
Back pain, neck and unexplained weight loss are listed under the symptoms of breast cancer.
6. Prescriptions cause you pain
If the recipes cause you pain, if the water in the shower is unbearable over your chest, if you can no longer touch the nipples, then you are dealing with signs of breast cancer.
7. Chest veins are more prominent than usual
If they haven't been noticeable to date and you can suddenly see them clearly, or if the veins are bigger, darker, then you have to worry.
8. You have itching on the nipples
It is an itch that lasts and is not explained by an infection, allergies, mold or clothing irritation.
9. Stinging scratches
If your armpits are aching and swollen, or if you feel any pain when touching them by hand, call your doctor.
10. An acne that does not heal
Did you know that acne can also come up on your chest? Most of them go away on their own over time, but if an inflammation of the chest skin does not heal for a week or two, it should be checked.
