Shqiptarja.com provided the video from inside the van that Spanish tourists were traveling to Porto Palermo. After tourists didn't like the service at Mihal Kokedhima's restaurant, they left. The headaches became irritated, physically conflicted with them and caused bodily harm, followed by the van they left with.
The van is driven by an Albanian driver. The passenger in the first place and another were also Albanians. In the video made from the inside of the van, you see the head thrown in front of the car that throws endless windshields until it breaks. The car travels from Porto Palermo to Qeparo and for about 3km, Kokedhima is held in the left hand crosshair. The event could have turned into a tragedy very soon as a result of the difficult road with curves, the front sight obstructing the car and the headlamp thrown over the car. The driver hesitates to stop because he thinks he is chasing another car, with the Kokedhima people.
At one point, the shouter yells and asks the driver to stop the car and the latter gives him some options by slowing down, but he doesn't get off. In the vicinity of Qeparo, Kokedhima gets out of the car and again tries to open the doors to attack the tourists. He drops the van with his fist one last time before leaving.
An FNSH car shortly afterwards arrested Mihal Kokedhima, who is charged with intimidation, other intentional damage and destruction of property.
Spanish tourists were visited by Tourism Minister Blendi Klosi. While Edi Rama severely condemned the action of the restaurant owner.
