The teacher's story, the Canaj arrow, is undoubtedly one of the most special stories treated in "Albanian Sun". Since history was broadcast in the section "I have a message for you", there were many people who reacted online commending the Shadow for the rare mission. Her case reminded us once again how important the teaching method and the role of the teacher.
Representatives of different classes confessed during the conversation with Ardit Gjebrean that the teacher of geography and history explains the lesson in special forms. "Sometimes it tells us as a fairy tale and in the end we understand that it explained the lesson," one of the students said. In contemporary education, these are called * new teaching strategies * and imply the use of informal techniques to explain the subject in order to better absorb the students.
Likewise, an important element for the Shadow teacher is the involvement of students during the explanation. For example, after being asked by Gjebrea to explain the Salamian Battle between the Greek and Persian ships, she divided the students into two "camps" - Greeks and Persians - and used the banks to create an idea of war and why the Persians were destroyed in the Strait which connects the Saronician Bay to that of Eleus.
Another important aspect of the relationship between students with each other and with teachers is extracurricular activities , which, besides the fun and mainstreaming of socializing with others, are also important for closely tackling different historical places. The students recounted how the teacher had helped to realize the excursions.
Last but not least, the role of the teacher does not end with "an explanation of the lesson". Teacher Arrow pointed out that "there are times when he takes home students" in order to better understand any unusual behavior. If not enough, it also contributes to food for the pupils who need it, because "they can not talk to Skanderbeg when they have the empty stomach."
Of course, feeding the students is not the responsibility of the teachers, but once again proves that the mission of the teacher does not end after the ringing. Arrows, along with many other teachers who are inspirational models for students, testified that such professions do not suffice for a degree.
