This is a telescope in Canada and is called CHIME. We know it does not look like a telescope, but it's purposefully built. CHIME sees and analyzes a piece of sky at any given moment, and as the Earth rotates, it passes from one piece to another.

CHIME and the scientists behind him discovered fast repeating radio bursts for the second time in human history. This is a fantastic (or tragic) story because it can translate into the existence of an advanced alien civilization, somewhere billions of light years away from us.
Fast radio bursts (FRBs) are an astrological phenomenon of unknown origin which are manifested in the form of a pulsating radio that lasts a few milliseconds. Such are discovered around 60, FRB repeater ama, only two and the one we are talking about today is the second.
Although so few discovered, scientists have hundreds of theories over their origins. Some believe that these waves are generated during powerful astrophysical phenomena such as black holes or dense stars.

Others, think that FRBs emit large planets from alien broadcasters. According to Prof. Avi Loeb and Manasavi Lingam, these transmitters are certainly used to launch spaceships that are supplied by sailing that reflects light or, in this case, radio waves, against a reflective surface that consequently pushes the money.

Complicated? Yes. Interesting? Yes. Will life change us somehow? Right now, no.
