The method was unveiled by a Japanese actor, Miki Ryosuke, who lost 13 pounds in the area in question for only a few weeks. In fact it is interesting way as Ryosuke was acquainted with this method; the doctor had suggested it as an exercise for back pain.

How does the method work:
All the secret is hidden in the breath: breathe for 3 seconds and then take it out for 7 seconds. Fat consists of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen. When the oxygen you get reaches the bad cells divides them into carbon and water so that the more oxygen the body uses, the more the fat gets digested.
So raise your arms upwards by being filled with your breath and then lean down as fast as you can.
