Today, September 25 is the International Day of Dreams. The interest to find out more about them is not extinct and most likely will never be extinguished. Below, there are some facts that many of us have not heard of dreams.
1. On average, we see 5 to 7 dreams over a night which lasts for a total of 2 hours.
2. We remember dreams only if we wake up for 5 minutes after seeing them. Then, 90% of them have forgotten.
3. The most common emotion in dreams is anxiety. The result is makthet.
4. According to recent studies, 12% of people see dreams in black and white.
5. After this result it was rumored that people who have grown up watching black and white TV see colorless dreams.
6. Henry VI is the only work in which Shakespeare does not include the word dream.
7. Usually we see long dreams (rapid eye movement), a process distinct from the rest of sleep.
