Initial Position: Support the limbs on the floor and pull the body up as far as it will go. Stand for a few moments and then bend your back inward. Repeat the exercise 15 to 20 times.
Stretch one foot well while holding the other one together. Prolong ahead and try to touch the toes of the foot for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat the exercise 3 times for each foot.
This position will help you remove the excess pressure on your bottom sleeve. Remember: 10 to 15 times a day.
As far as the stretch is concerned, all you need is to pull the butterfly for 10 to 20 seconds.
