A young California couple has started the legal battle with the hospital where the mother brought her baby without anesthesia through a cesarean operation because of the dangerous health condition for natural birth.
Dolphin Mota, 41 weeks pregnant when doctors ran to send to the operating room due to an emergency, filed a lawsuit claiming that the doctors intervened without the anesthetist's presence.
"I was crying, I did not know what was happening. I was scared. I had no idea what they would do to me. I saw them see each other at a glance that seemed to say 'We should do it' and I felt waiting for me. I cried and fell unconscious immediately. "
Her beloved, Paul Iheanachor adds among other things that he sometimes heard officials call the anesthetist with a loudspeaker.
