A rare case was published a few hours ago, where a physician from Fier radically transformed the third floor of the Fier Regional Hospital. As you can read thoroughly by clicking here, the doctor had done this for some time, almost every time he received the salary. Certainly this was praised by the majority of Albanians who do not trust the eyes that such a thing can happen in Albania, where with all due respect it is known how it works in hospitals.
