The actress appeared at the Newport Beach Film Festival UK & IE Honours event with a completely different hair color. She ditched her usual blonde for a dark brown, an elegant shade known in the beauty industry as a “ truffle brunette .”

Many people know Sophie Turner from her role as Sansa Stark in the hit series Game of Thrones , where she became iconic for her copper-hued hair. After the series ended, the actress returned to her natural blonde, but it seems that now she has decided to experiment with a new direction in her style.
Some fans have speculated that the change could be related to her new role as Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis , which is due out later this year. If so, the darker hair would fit in well with the energetic and dynamic nature of the adventurer character.
